Our project managers deliver each project onsite through, methods, knowledge, skills and experience to achieve the project objectives set out. Each project is unique and requires it’s own individual planning strategy to achieve project completion to the standard expected.
Our Project Managers will:
- Manage the onsite works – weekly visits undertaken to ensure stages and standards are met.
- Program manage.
- Finance manage.
- Administration – compilation of final certification etc.
- Assist any onsite issues with turnkey solutions.
- Project audits.
- Final project snagging.
Our Project Managers use the latest software to keep on track from concept to completion to deliver the full design pack, including the management of sourcing equipment and contractor to carry out the work.
We are the main point of contact for all agencies and contractors to ensure all works are completed on time and to the standards set by you, the client.
